KATHMANDU, March 9: Minister for Drinking Water and Sanitation and Chairman of Samajwadi Janata Party Prem Bahadur Singh on Wednesday warned that he will move court against Election Commission (EC) for scrapping registration of his party.At an interaction at Reporters’ Club, minister Singh said, “The Article 270 of the constitution clearly states that any political party won’t be banned. I will file a case against EC at Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday.”
